1.    AGC National (click) selects Kramer Consulting to present at the 2009 National Convention in San Diego.
2.    Private Equity Firms establish strategic alliances with Kramer Consulting to acquire construction firms, build their
       volumes & profits, and then seek future liquidity events.
3.    Kramer Consulting is an official Distributor of the DISC Work Style Profile. Clients will be able to purchase
       computerized DISC booklets & materials via access to a controlled website. 
4.    Kramer Consulting provides clients with video/teleconference options to encourage more frequent communications,
       participation in meetings, and also to save clients money in lieu of airfare & travel expenses. 
5.    Terry Kramer, President, is being certified as a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) through the National
       IMC, based in Washington, D.C.
6.    
Kramer Consulting has created a number of strategic alliances with construction software companies to horizontally
       integrate company data into new report formats to yield strategic decision outputs for Executives and key
       Managers.   
    
7.    Terence Kramer, President, will have his first book published in 2009, which will outline how construction Owners
       can manage their companies for optimal profitability.

8.    Kramer Consulting has worked with construction firms across the United States. We are now offering franchise
